Web site was easy to use. Loved getting the updates and the flowers were delivered on time. However, the bouquet seemed sparse compared to the picture and I was disappointed in it. The recipient liked it very much. Also, I prefer to se an image of what I'm ordering and would have preferred something non-Christmas as this was for her birthday, but you don't show your other floral designs like other florists do.
And . . . I was recently the recipient of 18 large red roses in November from your store. They looked beautiful, were delivered in a vase, with interesting greens, but they didn't last, didn't open up and drooped very quickly.
